NOOM: Noom takes on a whole different approach and goes into the psychology of your health habits. It identifies your triggers and helps you overcome the barriers that are keeping you from your health goals. This app is pricier compared to your typical calorie and fitness trackers but in our opinion, it is worth it! This app is taking a science-based approach to help you break unhealthy habits and instill new and healthy ones. At the risk of sounding a bit dramatic, this app really could change your life. health and fitness apps
